"Easy Bacon Burgers"

Bacon Burgers Ingredients

- 1 kg Ground beef

- 1 egg

- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 1 small minced onion

- 1 tablespoon of ground black pepper

- 8 strips of bacon

Method

In a large mixing bowl add the ground beef with the minced onion.

Sprinkle over the teaspoon of salt with the tablespoon of ground black pepper. Crack the egg over and mix ingredients together thoroughly.

Make burger patties from the mixture and wrap two strips of bacon around each patty. Secure the bacon with toothpicks.

Barbecue on a medium to high heat, grill for about 8 to 10 minutes. Nice and easy grilling! (oh ya!!)


"Easy fruity ham steak"

Ham Steak Ingredients

- 1 boneless ham steak (1kg)

- half cup of orange marmalade

- quarter cup of orange juice

- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon of English mustard

Method

In a mixing bowl combine the half cup of orange marmalade and the half cup of orange juice.

Sprinkle over the tablespoon of brown sugar together with the tablespoon of English mustard and mix thoroughly.

Pre-heat you grill to a medium heat, place the ham on the grill and brush the top with marinade.

Grill for 5 minutes and turn over. Brush the other side of ham with marinade and grill for a further 5 minutes until ham is cooked through.

This is one of my favourite easy barbecue recipes. Really tasty and easy to prepare!


"Easy Honey Garlic Ribs"

Marmalade ribs Ingredients

- 3 kg Pork ribs

- 1 cup ketchup

- half a cup of honey

- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

- 6 cloves of minced garlic

- 1 teaspoon of salt

- teaspoon of pepper

Method

Cut the ribs into single pieces.

Boil the ribs for about ten minutes with the teaspoon of salt and pepper.

In a sauce pan add the one cup of ketchup with the half cup of honey. Then add the tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and the six cloves of minced garlic. Let ingredients simmer for 5 minutes.

Coat the ribs with the sauce and place on a medium heat grill, keep adding left over sauce to keep the ribs juicy. Grill the ribs until they are nicely brown.

Sometimes ribs can be challenging but not with this easy grilling recipe! (they will taste professionally done!)
