"Gas grilling Recipes - Potatoes"

Gas grilling recipes Ingredients

- 6 large potatoes

- 1 clove minced garlic

- 1 finely chopped green pepper

- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

- 1 cup of mushrooms

- salt & pepper

Method

Right...this is an easy recipe to prepare! First...pierce the potatoes with a fork on all sides. (just a few)

Place them on the grill, at a medium heat.

Grill for approximately 45 minutes until potatoes become nice and soft...

Remove the grilled potatoes and leave them one side.

In a sauce pan, grill the mushrooms with a bit of olive oil. (until semi-cooked!)

Add the garlic, green pepper and Worcestershire sauce. (yummy!!)

Let ingredients simmer for ten minutes then add salt and pepper for taste. (not too much!)

Slice the grilled potatoes and pour over the mushroom mixture.

Serve hot! (works so well on your gas grill!)



"Gas Grilled Pork Chops"

- 6 pork chops

- 1 minced Onion

- 3 cloves minced garlic

- 1 cup of ketchup

- 1 teaspoon of cumin

- quarter cup Soy sauce

Method

In a saucepan heat up the onion and garlic, until onions are golden brown. (nice & golden!)

Then add ketchup, cumin and Soy sauce and let ingredients simmer for ten minutes. (nice low heat)

Pre-heat the grill to a medium heat, grill chops for 30 minutes until done!

But..while you are grilling keep coating chops with the sauce every ten minutes!

Let the chops settle after they come of the grill, just a minute or two!

Serve with left over sauce! Enjoy!



"Gas Barbecue Recipes - Ribs"

Gas grill cooking Ingredients

- 2 cut up rack of ribs

- 1 cup of ketchup

- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

- 2 tablespoons of mustard

- half cup of brown sugar

Method

In a saucepan heat the ketchup and brown sugar, until sugar starts melting. (normally takes 5 minutes or so)

Then add the Worcestshire sauce, mustard and let simmer for five minutes!!

Pre-heat grill to a medium heat and coat the ribs with the sauce mixture. (oh so tasty!)

Grill ribs until done approximately 30 minutes - 60 minutes! (depending on how you grill them)

Keep coating ribs with the sauce, constantly! (keep them moist)
