Simple Easy Cold Appetizers

Do you want a few tasty appetizer recipes? Want to impress your family and friends at your next BBQ? Try out these easy to make cold appetizers!!


cold appetizers Red Apple Centres

Ingredients

- 4 Red apples

- 1 Cup of honey

- 1 Tablespoon of raisins (minced)

- Half a cup of peanut butter

Method

Start by removing the cores of the apples. Then slice them up so that they are half an inch in thickness.

In a mixing bowl combine honey, raisins and peanut butter.

Mix ingredients together and fill the the centers of the apples.

Leave in the refrigerator for an hour then serve.


guacamole appetizer Fresh Guacamole

Ingredients

- 3 Ripe avocados (chopped)

- Half a cup of mayonnaise

- 3 Tablespoons of lemon juice

- 1 Clove garlic (minced)

- 2 Teaspoons of salt

Method

Start by mashing up the avocados in a small mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Leave in the refrigerator before serving.

Serve with torilla chips, vegetable dippers or crackers.


egg appetizers Cream Cheese Eggs

Ingredients

- 12 Hard Boiled Eggs

- Half a cup of Philadelphia cheese

- 3 Tablespoons of mayonnaise

- 2 Tablespoons of dijon mustard

- 1 Teaspoon of paprika (hot)

Method

Start by slicing your eggs into two (lengthwise). Remove the egg yolks.

In a mixing bowl combine cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and paprika. Mix together thoroughly.

Place mixture into a plastic bag and cut a small hole in the corner.

Squeeze mixture into the egg half and leave in the refrigerator an hour before serving.
