Texas pride barbecue, a restaurant spanning four generations rich with history, starting from a tiny filling station and moving up to what it is now one of the tastiest barbecue restaurants out there. This is not your typical barbecue restaurant, they have two-stepper events, concerts and even some big names come for visits. They were famously shown on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drives and Dives.

Texas Pride Barbecue famous for their mesquite smoked meats, some include brisket,baby back ribs, pulled pork and the list can go mouth wateringly on. would you dare go for Texas Tailgater to 3lbs Brisket, 2lbs Sausage, 2 racks of baby back ribs and 1 lb turkey breast with of 1 quart hot cobbler and 4 quarts size side orders!

Texas pride has won two awards at the annual Texas Folklife festival, The Texas folklife festival is the biggest cultural celebration in Texas, and each year, more than 250 participants come together to celebrate their culture and heritage.

They earned a blue-ribbon which is the first place award for its booth while it's serving of peach cobbler and brisket sandwich were bestowed with a red ribbon (second place). They have also won numerous awards over the years by Ride Texas magazine and the San Antonio Express.

They also have a catering option so if you have any weddings, anniversaries, and fundraisers coming up and stuck for ideas on food, they have reasonable catering prices and are really accommodating.

All round Great place to bring the family, cool old school decor dating back from the days when there was a gas station and country store and cafe. You'll find old equipment, pumps and antiques. Takes you back in the day!

Rated number 1 in Adkins by Tripadvisor! May be worth a visit if you're down that neck of the woods.

Open till Midnight on Fridays and Saturdays with the band playing! Great music for your family to jam to. Additionally, they offer catering services covering weddings and parties.

Tues - Wed: 11am to 8:30pm kitchen & Bar
Thurs: 11am to 9:30pm kitchen / 11am to 11pm bar
Fri - Sat: 11am to 9:30pm kitchen / 11am to 12am bar
Sun: 11am to 7pm kitchen & Bar
Concert and dance hours vary.
