Bonfeu-BBQ Care
The worst thing about having a BBQ is having to clean up after wards. The left over food residue on the grill can be so difficult to clean. The left over ash and charcoal needs to be removed and the BBQ grill grid wiped completely clean. Dirty BBQ's can put anyone off grilling. Clean up is quite simple.
Once you have given time for the charcoal to cool down, simply remove the Charcoal Tray and throw away the left over ash and charcoal. Fill your sink with warm soapy water and wash the inner shell, use a soft cloth to not scratch the stainless steel finish. Once cleaned leave to drip dry on the counter. The grill grid is cleaned the same way but with a plastic brush to completely clean the left over food residue off the grill grid. The heat shield hardly gets dirty during a BBQ simply wipe clean with a damp cloth. Clean the Bonfeu after every use to protect the grill and keep it looking good.
Maintaining - Bonfeu BBQ
After cleaning the metal parts spray on a stainless steel protector. Make sure the protector is non toxic and grill friendly. Once you've cleaned the Bonfeu place it in the provided carry bag and store in a cool dry place. Do this to ensure the longevity of your product.
